There are a number of different ways you can find information on this site:

Point and click

From the home page, simply find the appropriate icon, click on it, and continue pointing and clicking until you reach the information you desire.

Search

From the home page, click on the Search button, and then enter a keyword or combination of keywords that relate to your area of interest.  You will be returned a results page which weights the results to show you the best match to your search criteria.

Site map

From the home page, click on site map in the tool bar and you will be presented with a graphical representation of the site architecture which should allow you to navigate quickly to the item you’re after.

Content Driven

In most cases we have dedicated our right hand side content channel to links relevant to the main content.  Just point and click on the link. When you have finished either continue your journey through the content or hit the back button on your browser window to return to where you were.

Why is the screen colour different to the printer colour ?

Colour on a Computer Monitor

Monitors, scanners and digital cameras create images using three colours: Red, Green and Blue (RGB), and can only emit light of that colour. The intensity of light emitted by each colour can also be varied. These colours are generated by technology using phosphorus tubes, liquid crystal displays etc. You can see up to 16.7 million colours on a monitor.

Printed Colour

Colours on the printing press are usually created using four inks: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK). Printed colour cannot reproduce all the colours you see on a monitor and will also differ between different printing processes and ink variations.

The main source of income for Australian Wool Innovation is a levy of 2% of the sale price of greasy wool collected by the AFFA Levies Revenue Service.

AWI is accountable to levy-payers and the Australian Federal Government through audited annual reports and Annual General Meetings.
